Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development
The Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development induces or undertakes the development of the industrial sites and structures in strategic locations; operates financing programs; markets the services it offers, as well as those offered by other economic development service providers (whether private, public or non-profit) to local industry. Additionally, CED will induce or undertake other types of economic development projects that will have a significant community impact.
CO-OP
CO-OP is a private, nonprofit economic development agency initiated to aid business formation and expansion. CO-OP offers its programs and services free of charge to any type of business or potential entrepreneur in Beaver County. CO-OP is also recognized as an SBA Resource Center.
Aliquippa Alliance for Unity and Development (AAUD)
The Aliquippa Alliance for Unity and Development (AAUD), a non-profit corporation, exists to improve the quality of life for the citizens and businesses of the Aliquippa by empowering the citizens and businesses of Aliquippa to create and manage social and economic change. This new Web site will soon feature a detailed summary of AAUD's projects and services.
B-TEC
CCBC is a two-year Associate Degree-granting institution, offering customized training and specialized programs for business and industry. CCBC has launched its technology center, called B-TEC, to provide employee- and student- training necessary for on-the-job versatility. Housing Opportunities of Beaver County
Beaver County's only non-profit ,counseling agency, was created to help low / moderate income people buy and keep their own homes . Homeownership is the backbone of our economy . It brings neighborhood pride and a sense of belonging. Homeownership helps the tax base of Beaver County, and gives people a feeling of accomplishment.

Small Business Development Center
The SBDC provides information and consulting resources free of charge to entrepreneurs and small businesses of southwestern Pennsylvania. They service Beaver County, and their Web site has links to current events and resources that they provide.
SCORE: Service Core of Retired Executives
SCORE is a nonprofit association comprised of 12,400 volunteer business counselors throughout the U.S. and its territories. There are 389 SCORE chapters in urban, suburban, and rural communities. SCORE members are trained to serve as counselors, advisors, and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. These services are offered at no fee, as a community service. This site offers contact information for local chapters throughout the U.S.
Pittsburgh Regional Alliance
The Pittsburgh & Region Web site is the most comprehensive source of current and relevant information for anyone who is looking to work, live, play, and do business in the Pittsburgh region. Providing vital information, job services, and important community links, Pittsburgh & Region presents a real taste of Pittsburgh's unique character of life to visitors from inside and outside the region.

Southwestern Pennsylvania Area Labor-Management Committee (SPALMC)
The Southwestern Pennsylvania Area Labor-Management Committee (SPALMC) is a private, non-profit organization that is partially funded through state grants. SPALMC serves Beaver, Greene, and Washington counties and is dedicated to promoting regional economic development through labor-management cooperation. Some of SPALMC's services include adult education and GED preparation.
CL Fund
CL Fund is a multi-million dollar fund that works to increase employment and expand economic opportunity in southwestern Pennsylvania by investing in companies, with a strong entrepreneurial management team, that bring new income into the region, grow profitably, and therefore, add quality employment; increasing access to quality jobs through investments in training, education and skill development organizations; and by providing early funding to promising entrepreneurs.
Innovation Works
Innovation Works is a regional development company whose mission is to increase the new-enterprise success rate in southwestern Pennsylvania by insuring that the highest-potential new technology companies have sufficient access to the right people, expertise, and risk capital. They identify promising, young, high-technology companies and match them with the cash and capabilities they need to succeed.

Xplorion is a unique exhibition space devoted to highlighting the abundant assets of southwestern Pennsylvania. Small Business Administration (SBA)
Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only independent agency of the federal government with the sole purpose of assisting small businesses to start, grow, and prosper. Through their extensive network of SBA Regional, Field, and Branch offices and partnerships with public and private organizations, the SBA delivers its services to the public throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. SBA offers assistance to existing or prospective small business owners. Their commitment is to aid, counsel, assist, and protect the interests of small business concerns; to preserve free competitive enterprise; and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.
